Women in Development (WiD), New York deeply respects the privacy of our site visitors and handles your personal information with care.  We recognize that maintaining your trust requires that we be transparent and accountable in how we treat the information that you choose to share with us.

We use password protocols and encryption software to protect personal and other information we receive when a product or service is requested and/or paid for on-line.  Our software is routinely updated to maximize protection of such information.


This site compiles conventional log files to monitor and assess activity including traffic and visits on, and related to, the site.  This activity does not specifically identify any individual user.


WiD does not transmit, transfer or sell private information to any third parties.  The information we collect is used to improve and enhance the content of the site and services of WiD.
